A university optoelectronic laboratory applied the Model 350 4-Source Organic-Inorganic Thermal Evaporation Coating System for research on OLED, perovskite solar cells and advanced photoelectric films. Equipped with 4 independent PID-controlled evaporation sources, the system enables continuous deposition of organic, inorganic and metal multilayers in one vacuum process, avoiding oxidation and interface contamination.

In actual use, the system reaches an ultimate vacuum of 5×10⁻⁵Pa with low pressure rise rate, providing a pure deposition environment. The multi-channel quartz crystal monitor achieves angstrom-level thickness control with automatic shutter. The sample stage supports rotation and optional heating for high uniformity.

The equipment adopts PLC touch control with full safety protections. Customers have successfully fabricated high-performance OLED layers, perovskite transport layers and metal electrodes, significantly improving device consistency and research efficiency for high-level lab research and smallbatch device fabrication.
